Robyn Jones

The Director of Operations of Biz à Biz Solutions, Robyn Jones, is an RCIC who has been in the Immigration field for nearly 30 years. A former immigration and foreign affairs officer, she has been an RCIC for almost 5 years, and is a popular Continuing Professional Development speaker. Robyn has previously taught the Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies and Procedures with the University of British Columbia. She has run a well-received Facebook group for Immigration professionals and students of the profession, Imm-Bits with Robyn ( ) since February, 2018, and has been a contributing member on several other forums in the industry. Imm-Bits™ has recently begun presenting workshops for Immigration professionals as well as Intensive Immigration training programs.

Immigration Lawyer

Katina Hunter Sutcliffe

Katina is a Canadian and US licensed lawyer whose practice focuses on relocating the globally mobile to Canada and achieve positive judicial review of immigration refusals. She has a Canadian Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in International Business from the University of Victoria in British Columbia (with 4th year at Chulalongkorn University in Thailand), and is a graduate of the joint JD-LLB Law Program from the University of Windsor (Canada) and University of Detroit Mercy (USA), where she ranked in the top 5 %, specialising in comparative/cross-border law and undertaking study terms in London, UK and Singapore. She completed her law articles clerking for the Judges at the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and has more than two decades of legal research and writing experience from private practice and legal publishing industry perspective. An avid educator, Katina has taught administrative law and legal research courses in Herzing College’s Immigration Consultant program (online – Summer/Fall 2020), and presented on this topic at Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC) national Education Conference in 2018, 2019 and 2020. In her professional practice, Katina is passionate about assisting foreign talent move across borders and has extensive experience assisting clients with international transfers, cross borders seamlessly and overcome unexpected immigration barriers.


Dipin Dhingra

Dipin became passionate about providing genuine and trustworthy Immigration services at reasonable cost based on his own immigration experience . This became the main purpose of his life and that’s when he decided to leave his salaried job to pursue his passion to help people. He then studied Immigration Law became a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). Today, not only he is an expert in various application matters, including the Express Entry, Family Sponsorship, temporary residence applications but also mentors new RCICs in their queries.
